Numerical findings of natural convection flows in a trapezoidal cavity are reported this study. This study focuses on the shift from symmetric steady to chaotic flow within cavity. has heated bottom wall, cooled top and adiabatic inclined sidewalls. The unsteady occurring numerically simulated using finite volume (FV) method. fluid used is air, calculations performed for different dimensionless parameters, including Prandtl number (Pr), which kept constant at 0.71, while varying Rayleigh numbers (Ra) 100 108 fixed aspect ratio (AR) 0.5. effect transition chaos.
